The cultural sector in particular, with its demand for flat hierarchies, often dispenses with leadership. Employee conflicts are often not recognized or kept under wraps for a long time because they contradict one's own demands. In this seminar, you will learn about leadership tools and their possible applications, so that you will be able to develop your own coherent leadership style. The main focus of the training is on practical application and practice. Existing experience, knowledge and skills are deepened and new know-how is integrated.
Contents include professional communication techniques, employee appraisals, employee motivation, leadership styles and techniques, situational leadership, dealing with difficult employees, lateral leadership as well as practical exercises on typical leadership situations.
