Winds - Leaders meeting

Teachers who are already leading a brass class at a school of any type of school are specifically invited to this event. The course serves mainly to exchange experiences and offers the opportunity to discuss problems and particularities in the wind class.
The presentation of new repertoire pieces and playing together are an integral part of the course. The own practice on "foreign instruments" is deepened. A complete set of instruments is available, from which, depending on the number of participants, one instrument is presented intensively in its various versions.
This time the focus is also - if still necessary - on the exchange of ideas about how to work sensibly with wind classes during the corona pandemic, as well as tips and suggestions for the digital support of the students.
Other focal points of the event are the study of very simple pieces of literature for beginners, simple improvisation exercises and the topic of conducting in wind classes.
