Flute intensive


Flute-Examination-Audition-Competition


This workshop is designed for flutists who are preparing for exam situations.  All course participants receive daily lessons with all instructors. The master classes will cover the necessary literature for exams, auditions and competitions. Workshops cover topics such as warm-up, stage presence, piccolo playing, performance training, sight-reading and playing technique. A pianist familiar with the flute repertoire will also teach participants daily. Pianists as duo partners are welcome and can receive lessons upon request.

Teaching team:

Rudolf Döbler is principal flute at the Rundfunk-Sinfonieorchester Berlin.


Ulf-Dieter Schaaff is principal flutist there as well as professor for flute in Weimar.


Robert Pot is a specialist for chamber music and artistic director of the Flötentage Staufen.
