Chanson interpretation in voice and role

I am set on love from head to toe! - The esprit and wit of these songs, but also their depth and expressiveness, still fascinate today. If you feel like working on a modern cabaret song, a Kreisler couplet, a singer-songwriter piece, a challenging hit song or even a song you have written yourself, this course is also for you. Together we will go in search of your voice and your personal interpretation. The course offers vocal instruction, accompaniment, and interpretive and acting lessons.

One to two pieces and a substitute piece should be perfectly prepared by heart. Performance dresses and accessories matching the songs should please be brought for the final concert.

Teaching team:	Annette Postel, singer, music cabaret artist, opera comedienne, "chanteuse" and singing teacher, won among others the 1st prize of the Federal Chanson Competition, the Lotte Lenya Singing Competition of the Kurt Weill Foundation New York, the promotional prize of the Erika Köth Opera Competition and the Baden-Württemberg Cabaret Prize. She teaches according to the functional Lichtenberg method, which emphasizes vocal hygiene, naturalness and freedom of sound. For more information, visit www.annette-postel.de.
