In this instrumental course for music of the early baroque period, the liveliness and expressiveness of "early music" is to be made tangible. In addition to pure wind and string pieces, chamber music works with mixed instrumentation and large tutti pieces will be included. Emphasis will be placed on historical articulation and phrasing techniques as well as thoroughbass playing. Exercises in mean-tone intonation round out the spectrum. Organs are available as accompanying instruments. Individual lessons are possible by arrangement. Players of historical string instruments as well as tines, baroque trombones and dulcians are invited.

Anette Sichelschmidt specialized in the baroque violin after her violin studies and received lessons from Sigiswald Kuijken. She performs worldwide with renowned baroque ensembles.
Detlef Reimers was solo trombonist with the Phil. Staatsorchester Bremen. Later he specialized in "Early Music" and plays in renowned ensembles. From 2000 to 2011 he had a teaching position in Münster.
Cas Gevers studied jazz and classical trombone in Utrecht and historical trombone in The Hague and Basel. Since 1992 he has performed with renowned ensembles and conducted numerous courses.
Martin Lubenow studied trumpet, zinc, harpsichord and composition. He was an honorary professor of music theory at the Trossinger Musikhochschule before becoming a freelance musician.
Robert Sagasser studied viola da gamba, recorder and conducting in Hannover and Freiburg.      |
