Games and activities for group leaders, educators, and counselors

Methods that support group processes in a playful yet highly effective way are increasingly in demand in cultural work—including for internal team processes. Instead of running 42 kilometers, we will explore 42 exercises and games designed for working with groups and teams. This action-oriented training allows participants to become familiar with the various facets of group work. Between the many practical sessions, participants’ questions regarding pedagogy and group dynamics can be addressed. The training and learning environment is built on mutual respect and a willingness to engage in self-reflective practice. We cannot guarantee that none of the exercises will be familiar to you, but we do guarantee that you will have fun experiencing both new and familiar methods. No coaching on complex personnel development or case-specific issues can take place within this seminar.
