This course is especially suitable for those who want to prepare for the competition "Jugend musiziert", 2026 announced for strings solo. Pupils and students who wish to work on their literature playing independently of competition preparation are also welcome. In accordance with the purpose of the course, the musical work is mainly organized as open lessons. In addition, presence, performance and audition training are on the daily work program.Please let us know your choice of works when registering and bring the scores to the course.

Klementina Pleterski studied violin with Igor Ozim and Gorjan Kosuta. She received chamber music lessons from the Amadeus Quartet, among others. Since 1989, in addition to her concert activities, she has devoted herself to teaching, including at the Landesmusikgymnasium RLP.
Stefan Welsch studied violoncello with Peter Buck and Prof. Gert von Bülow. He teaches at the Akademie für Tonkunst Darmstadt and at the Landesmusikgymnasium RLP and is a lecturer at the Youth Symphony Orchestra Hessen. Stefan Welsch plays in the Chagall Quartet, the Georg Büchner Trio and the ensemble "Colalaila Classic", among others.
Ingrid Wendel studied music education and piano at the HMT Saarbrücken with Prof. Jean Micault, influenced by the French school of Alfred Cortot. Subsequent postgraduate studies at the Folkwanghochschule in Essen with Prof. Arnulf von Arnim. She also participated in master classes (Pavel Gililov, Detlev Kraus, Haus Marteau and the Credo Summer Academy, Italy). She is involved in pedagogical activity at the University of Koblenz and works as accompanist at the Landesmusikgymnasium Montabaur. Active concert activity, especially in the field of chamber music. Scholarships from the German Music Council and the GVL Berlin for the recording of Ukrainian music and innovative concert projects at schools. 2020 CD "Unerhörte Schätze - Werke von Komponistinnen" on the NAXOS label.    |
