Competition preparation for string instruments

This course is especially suitable for those who want to prepare for the competition "Jugend musiziert", 2026 announced for strings solo. Pupils and students who wish to work on their literature playing independently of competition preparation are also welcome. In accordance with the purpose of the course, the musical work is mainly organized as open lessons. In addition, presence, performance and audition training are on the daily work program.Please let us know your choice of works when registering and bring the scores to the course.

Teaching team:	Klementina Pleterski studied violin with Igor Ozim and Gorjan Kosuta. She received chamber music lessons from the Amadeus Quartet, among others. Since 1989, in addition to her concert activities, she has devoted herself to teaching, including at the Landesmusikgymnasium RLP. Stefan Welsch studied violoncello with Peter Buck and Prof. Gert von Bülow. He teaches at the Akademie für Tonkunst Darmstadt and at the Landesmusikgymnasium RLP and is a lecturer at the Youth Symphony Orchestra Hessen. Stefan Welsch plays in the Chagall Quartet, the Georg Büchner Trio and the ensemble "Colalaila Classic", among others.
