Complete Vocal Technique



This seminar is aimed at beginners to the “Complete Vocal Technique” as well as all those who have already taken an introductory seminar and would like to deepen their knowledge in an advanced seminar.  

The parallel teaching of the instructors provides extensive practical opportunities to pick up and further train all participants. The seminar includes :

3 - hour introduction with presentations and practical exercises for newcomers.

1 - hour refresher for repeaters.

Workshops: 4 vocal modes, timbres, full density/ reduced density, soft and hard effects, CVT in choir, ensemble, teaching, etc.

Solo sessions with piano accompaniment for active participants in a supportive group atmosphere.

Open stage with pianist Marcus Gemeinder and/or singing together.

Certificates and training points.

 

Teaching team:

Nadja Jamiro studied vocal arts in Nürnberg and Detmold. She received the concert degree ("Konzertreifeprüfung") as well as the pedagogical degree ("Diplom Gesangspädagogin). Sie has furthered her education through completing courses in the fields "Funktionales Stimmtraining", Feldenkrais and voice, Jazz improvisation, choir conducting and pop choirs. In Copenhagen she received a degree as a Complete Vocal Technique teacher. As a mezzo-soprano she sings Classical Music, Pop, Jazz and free Improvisation. She works as a vocal coach for numerous ensembles and choirs. She is teacher of vocal arts at the music school of Idstein.

Mateo Martinez Zuviria is a qualified guitarist ("Diplomgitarrist"), qualified choirmaster and certified vocal arts teacher. His love of South American music with its varied styles inspired him to go on a study trip to his native country of Argentinia. This is where discovered his passion for singing. He's been living in the German state Rheinland-Pfalz since 2009. He is working as a guitar teacher and a vocal teacher at the music school of Weilburg. He's also an active concert singer and guitarist, among others as part of the trio "Latineado." In Copenhagen he received a degree as a Complete Vocal Technique teacher.
Accomplished pianist Marcus Gemeinder will support the workshop as répétiteur. He's been working together with Nadja Jamiro for a long time. He feels at home in Jazz and Classical Music.

Fees:

incl. meals and overnight stay in a single room 270 €, in a double room 250 €.
Passive participants receive a discount of 30 €.
