Cup songs, stone games, paper percussion and more

Rhythm with trifles

The plastic cups are indestructible. And since Anna Kendrick's cup song from "Pitch Perfect", they are also popular with children and young people as an accompanying "instrument". We will practice this song with the cups, as well as many other movement sequences, songs and games. And we will get musically-rhythmically active and creative with other handy "little things": with pen and paper on the table, with stones and shaking eggs on the floor and in the circle of chairs, with small sticks (rhythm sticks, claves) and matchboxes... With each new object you will always discover new sounds, movement possibilities and ways of playing.

The workshop is aimed at teachers at primary and special schools as well as in secondary I., in addition to all those interested in rhythm.

Please bring: Plastic cups, old pens, sheets of paper (also newspapers, magazines, wrapping paper...), if possible a shaker.
